Eligibility Pass Code ( EPC) is a Six digit alphanumeric code which is granted on passing the screening test ( an online test conducted to evaluate candidate's eligibility through Eligibility Evaluation System (EES).
EPC is a Digital Pass; required to ensure that the candidate is eligible to apply for the job position and eligible to complete the associated program efficiently.
Screening of a candidate is conducted in 2 phases-
Decision of carrying out of a test on a candidate depends upon many factors (example- origin of country, educational qualification, previous work experience, extra curricular activities etc.). To some candidates, an EPC is allotted without conducting a test, which depends upon many factors; example- work experience, educational qualification, country of origin ( native english speakers), activities of social/public engagement etc.)
The test is conducted by experts/professors. (An Administrative Fee of Euro €399 is payable alongwith the Eligibility Assessment Form (EAF). The administartive fee will be refunded immediately without any deduction if the candidate does not qualify the screening test. If a candidate qualifies the screening test and an EPC is issued, administrative fee will not be refunded in any circumstances ( either in full or partial) but get adjusted in the program fee of Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ADLE).
Once a candidate is allotted an Eligibility Pass Code (EPC), it is valid for 7 days. Therefore, it must be used within 7 days by applying to any job position available with EIPRHR. Once applied, it becomes valid for lifetime. Such candidates will be certified as Eligible for lifetime to apply for a job position with EIPRHR, they will not be screened again ever.
If a candidate does not apply within EPC validity period of 7 days, the EPC becomes invalid to use and gets cancelled. Such candidate can again apply to reissue the EPC within 15 days.
If you are willing to join EIPRHR as its employee and have identified a job and commit to complete the online program associated with job position; you will be required to fill the Eligibility Assessment Form (EAF) and uplaod required documents.
On receipt of the Eligibility Assessment Form (EAF), the Eligibility Evaluation Centre (EEC) will evaluate your application and will decide to conduct the screening test. ( Some Candidate may receive an EPC without a screening test (which depends upon many factors; example- work experience, educational qualification, country of origin ( native english speakers), activities of social/public engagement etc.)
Candidates, who will require to undergo the screening test, will receive a schedule of the screening test.
The Screening Test will be of 20 minutes' duration and will be conducted in two phases-
1. Written test (including Psychometric test) -( Duration- 15 Minutes) This test will be conducted on whatsapp where the examiner will ask questions based on general awareness, proficiency in written English language, psychometric test. ( There will be total 25 questions in the written test; and to pass minimum 15 questions must be answered correctly), a short essay (in english) of 300 words will be asked to write on a topic given by the examiner.
2. Oral test:-( Duration- 5 Minutes) This test will be conducted soon after the completion of written test through whatsapp call to check proficiency in Spoken English language / psychometric test will be conducted ( based on analytical questions) to check candidate's calibure/tendency of program completion). ( There will be total 25 questions, to pass minimum 15 questions must be answered correctly).
On completion of the screening tests; within 24 hours, EPC will be granted to a candidate who successfully completes both the screening tests. ( EPC will not be granted if either of the tests is not passed.)

Upload -1 < Proof of Citizenship ( Either Passport Copy or valid National ID Card issued by Government)
Upload-2 < Updated CV ( in MS-word or pdf format only)
Upload-3 < Passport size color photo ( in jpg / jpeg format only)
Upload-4 < Bachelor Degree Certificate ( Mandatory)
Upload-5 < Masters Degree Certificate (Optional)
Upload-6 < Proof of Payment of Administrative Fee of Euro € 399 ( in jpg / jpeg/pdf format only)
If you are a Non-alumni candidate and fulfilling all conditions mentioned below; you are required to fill the registration form and upload all required documents. You may be issued the EPC, without screening test-
1. Citizens of countries where English is an official language or If you have English Language tests with minimum acceptable scores as mentioned below-
2. Completed Bachelors/Masters from a recognised University ( where course was studied in English Language) with an experience of minimum 5 years after the completion of the Bachelor/Masters/Doctoral program.
4. Have no Criminal Background and no case is pending in any court
( Please Note- even if an applicant fulfills all requirements mentioned above,there is no guarantee that an applicant will be allowed to skip the screening test, the final decision on requirement of appearing in the screening test will be taken by the Eligibility Evaluation Centre.)
