Q: I missed the application deadline. Is there any way I can be considered for this year’s program still?           

A: All applications with Program Fee received by the deadline are guaranteed a successful enrollment in the program. Applications submitted after the deadlines are not guaranteed the same level of consideration. After the deadline, individuals may email the reason of delay to consider the application. There is no guarantee these requests will be considered or replied.

 

Exam, Evaluation and Certification

 

Q: How is the final exam administered?

A: EIPRHR l Online’s final examination is offered to participants after completion of the program. This three hour, multiple choices, assessment will be done online and checked by the subject Professor / Program director.

 

Q:  What happens if I fail in the final exam of the program?                                                                    

A: The Program is designed specially towards enhancement of candidates’ skills to equip them with knowledge. It is expected from students to dedicate some time to learn the program. On completion of the program, students are required to attend an Online exam consisting 25 multiple choice type questions. A 30% correct answer will make you pass.  No candidates are recorded as failed till date.

 

Q: What I will get after completion of the program?

A: On completion of the program, candidate will receive the following valuable documents as their lifetime assets.

Q: What is the duration of the Internship?                                                                 

A: An internship is available for 4 weeks to candidate enrolled in Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ADLE).

 

Q: How the Internship will be conducted?

A:  If you are not an alumni, the first part of the virtual internship will be based on research. The intern will learn the basics to advance technique / methodology of Policy paper researching by experienced professors /faculty of EIPRHR from US/Europe trained from world's premier schools (Harvard Law School, Harvard Business school, London School of Economics, Oxford University etc.,) who will also supervise interns. During the internship tenure, intern will be guided, mentored, instructed by assigned Professor/Supervisor who will nurture and help interns to enhance their related skills. The internship will boost the participants with inspiration, motivation, skills, pride, and a new energy. Once you will complete the internship and receive the valuable Certificate of Internship completion, you will have an added advantage in your career and profile that would bring new ideas and opportunities to you. Importantly, on successful completion of your program with internship, you will start a new long term relationship with our institute. 

In the second part, the internship will be based on practical modules ( to prepare you for the position of Country Director); where you will be taught the practical modules related to Management, Institute's protocol, Executive Procedures etc.

 

Q:  Who will guide me during Internship?                                                        

A: During the internship tenure, a dedicated friendly Professor/expert supervisor will be assigned to you who will be available in all working days through phone, WhatsApp, skype, email to clear your queries, to guide you and provide assignments, evaluate your performance, etc.

Q: How the First part of the Internship will work?                                                                                       

A:  On successful completion of the program, candidate will join as intern with one of our Specialized centers and a dedicated friendly Professor / expert supervisor will be assigned to you The supervisor/professor will send maximum TWO assignments (in pdf files) to intern’s email The subject/topic of the assignments will be based on the topic chosen by the intern at the time of filling the application form.

Example- if an intern chosen the topic Business and Industry   (assigned supervisor may ask the intern to research on the below formulated research question of the topic-

What are implemented policies of your Government in promoting the business & industry in your country? Do you think that current applicable policies are successful; if not, what are your recommendations for policy amendments to the government?

Intern will conduct research/prepare paper (as required by supervisor) and will send the above research in word file to supervisor’s official email. On receipt of research paper of the intern, supervisor will evaluate the paper and provide grades to intern; Best three papers will be published on our website under Publication.

At the end of the internship tenure, intern will attend/learn research paper defense online. The best three defense discussion will be published in our website under podcasts.

After completion of the Internship, the intern will receive the prestigious Internship Certificate issued by European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights.

 

Q: I have completed the program and now enrolled for 4 weeks’ internship. How to start/conduct research on the topic I chosen?                                                                                                                       

A: You should not get worry as your supervisor/ Professor will help you with all manuals related to working procedures. Generally a research is Internet based Research can be conducted online, interviewing to targeted/ concerned individuals, searching materials in your University Library, to collect the reference material. You will also get EIPRHR l Online’s links of different online libraries.

 

Q: What topics/ syllabus will be available to research in the first part of Internship?                                                              

A: EIPRHR l Online’s internship is designed uniquely in more than 100 different options by subject experts/Professors. Your supervisor will be in continuous connection with you through any convenient medium of communication (video conferencing, phone, email, skype, whats app) that would make an easy interaction between you & your supervisor.

 

Q: What happens if I could not complete the assignment in time?

Q: I want to apply for Job position of Country Director. What is the process?

A: If you wish to join as an employee at EIPRHR; to apply for the position of Country Director, an applicant needs to undergo a specialised course i.e. Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ADLE). After completion of the program, a participant joins as Country Director. 

 

Q: After completion of Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Entrepreneurship ( ADLE), will I be eligible to apply to one of the vacant positions (relevant to my completed program) as advertised in career centre page?

Q: I have already 15 years of experience and Master in Management or Law, do i still need to join the program?

A: This is a key position bearing numerous key responsibilities ( visit the responsibility section of the vacancy page Click here ) ; therefore, possessing the complete knowledge related to working procedures, essentials of management/managerial role, leadership technique and skills are essential to carry out this executive management position smoothly and efficiently. EIPRHR will never appoint, infact never hand over this key position to a candidate who is not expert in the multi fields as required for this position.

Q: Will I be surely joining as Country Director after completing the Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Entrepreneurship ( ADLE) ?

A: It is clearly mentioned in the Program page that this program is only for those candidates who are willing to work with EIPRHR as Country Director ( or other positions associated with the program). Please note that the program, Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Entrepreneurship ( ADLE), is only offered to those who are willing to work with EIPRHR as Country Director ( or other positions associated with the program). This program is not useful or recommended for those who only want to enroll in this program with a motive of only knowledge enhancement but do not have any plan to work with us as Country Director ( or other positions associated with the program). Therefore, this program is strictly available for those who are willing to join us after its completion. You will join as Country Director or related position after the completion of the program.

 

Q: How would I know that I have been enrolled for Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Entrepreneurship ( ADLE)?

A:  If you fulfill all the basic eligibility criteria listed in the program page, you can apply for admission in just two easy steps-

  • Pay the Program Fee online
  • Fill Online admission Form

On completion of the above two steps, an official confirmation email of admission will be sent to enrolled candidates with their admission / Enrollment ID.  The program director will send the Welcome Kit consisting of essential guidelines, contact details (Phone, email, whatsapp ) of assigned professor / supervisor alongwith study material,( e-books etc.)

 

Q: The job of Country Director is home based, I need to know more?

A: The new era of work culture has knocked. COVID-19 global pandemic crisis taught the world to live in adverse situation which forced the mankind to change its conventional methods of living and working. The new model of Work from Home is one of the new model of working culture adopted by most of the institutions around the world to combat the crisis, to save human life and to save the business/ economy which is directly connected to humman life. Infact, it opened the doors of new opportunities to prospective candidates around the world. EIPRHR has adopted this new model of work i.e. Work from Home working culture and introduced home based executive positions.

 

Q: Do you need to be a national of the country you are applying for position of the country director?

A: EIPRHR is a human rights institute and it has its own policies and protocols. According to its policy/ Protocol No.176; gender, citizenship, residence status,Religion and Race can not be a reason from depriving a candidate from enrollment in an academic program or in securing a job position in the EIPRHR and its affiliated institutions.  We recommend you that you should apply for the position of the country director for a country to which you are familiar in terms of its local language, its culture, basic government rules/regulations, etc.

Q: I do not want to appear for screening test, how can I get an Eligibility Pass Code (EPC) in order to enroll in the program?

A: Please note that , if you are not an alumni, you are required to register for screening test. 

If you are a Non-alumni candidate and fulfilling all conditions mentioned below; you may be issued the EPC, without screening test- 

1. Citizens of countries where English is an official language  or  If you have English Language tests, then following are the minimum acceptable scores-

  • TOEFL PBT- 550+
  • TOEFL iBT- 79+
  • IELTS test- 6.5+

2. Completed Bachelors/Masters in any stream from a recognised University ( where course was studied in English Language)
3. Have an experience of minimum 5 years after the completion of the Bachelor/Masters/Doctoral program.
4. Have no Criminal Background

( Please Note that even if you fulfill all the requirements mentioned below,there is no guarantee that you will be allowed to skip the screening test, the final decision on requirement of appearing in the screening test will be taken by the application Evaluation Centre.
