Q: How many hours per week should students expect to devote to their coursework?

A: To gain satisfactory knowledge through the Program study materials; a participant should spend at least 15-17 hours per week or  2-3 hours everyday. This includes readings, research work, etc.

Q: What steps do I take when I am about to complete the program?

A: Participants in their final week of study should contact their program director to attend Final exam online.

Although professors will not have direct real-time interactions with students, you will hear from them via email that explain key concepts and guide you through cases, exercises, and other interactive learning elements to create a highly engaging educational experience. Q: I missed the application deadline. Is there any way I can be considered for this year’s program still?           

A: All applications with Program Fee received by the deadline are guaranteed a successful enrollment in the program. Applications submitted after the deadlines are not guaranteed the same level of consideration. After the deadline, individuals may email the reason of delay to consider the application. There is no guarantee these requests will be considered or replied.

Exam, Evaluation and Certification

Q: How is the final exam administered?

A: EIPRHR l Online’s final examination is offered to participants after completion of the program. This one hour, multiple choices, assessment will be done online and checked by the subject Professor / Program director.

Q:  What happens if I fail in the final exam of the program?                                                                    

A: The Program is designed specially towards enhancement of candidates’ skills to equip them with knowledge. It is expected from students to dedicate some time to learn the program. On completion of the program, students are required to attend an Online exam consisting 25 multiple choice type questions. A 30% correct answer will make you pass.  No candidates are recorded as failed till date.

Q: What I will get after completion of the program?

A: On completion of the program, candidate will receive the following valuable documents as their lifetime assets.

1. eCetificate " Certificate issued by European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR) with its official seal.
2. Performance/ Grade card signed by Professor with official seal.
3. Reference Letter* of Professor/Supervisor on the letterhead.- A reference letter (or Recommendation Letter) is a strong document that may help you in achieving your goal by producing it during Job interviews/ or as a supporting document for University admission for higher studies.  *conditions apply. Internship

Q: What is the duration of the Internship?                                                                 

A: An internship is available for 4 weeks to candidate enrolled in Certificate Program in Volunteer and Leadership ( CPVL).

Q: How the Internship will be conducted?

A:  The internship will be based on practical modules ( to prepare you with leadership skills); where you will be taught the practical modules related to Management, Law, Institute's protocol, Executive Procedures etc.

Q:  Who will guide me during Internship?                                                        

A: During the internship tenure, a dedicated friendly Professor/expert supervisor will be assigned to you who will be available in all working days through phone, WhatsApp, skype, email to clear your queries, to guide you and provide assignments, evaluate your performance, etc.

Q: Is there any fee, I need to pay to start my internship?

A: No, there is no fee to be paid for internship. It is free and part of the program.

Q: When I will start my internship?

A: Once you complete your program, you can start your internship with the consent of your program director.

Q: Where I will join as an Intern?

Q:  To complete the internship, do I need to visit Europe?                                                                                         

A: No, you need not to spend money for travel related expenses to earn your prestigious European Certificate of Internship. Internship will be conducted online.

Q: What is Internship offered by EIPRHR l Online?

A: Internship offered by EIPRHR l Online is a part of the program in which they are enrolled.  (this internship opportunity is available only to candidates enrolled in a program offered by EIPRHR l Online).

Q: How the Internship will work?                                                                                       

A:  On successful completion of the program, candidate will join as intern with one of our Specialized centers and a dedicated friendly Professor / expert supervisor will be assigned to you who will guide and provide you assignments for practical working.

After completion of the Internship, the intern will receive the prestigious Internship Certificate issued by European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights.

Q: I have completed the program and now enrolled for 4 weeks’ internship. How to start my internship?                                                                                                                       

A: You should not get worry as your supervisor/ Professor will help you with all manuals related to working procedures. 

Q: I am in my country Egypt/Australia/UAE/Canada etc., how I will participate in the internship Program?                        

A: Your supervisor will send you assignment (in pdf files) to your email. You will complete assignments and send the files to your supervisor’s email. Your supervisor will be in continuous connection with you through any convenient medium of communication (video conferencing, phone, email, skype, whats app) that would make an easy interaction between you & your supervisor.

Q: What happens if I could not complete the assignment in time?                                       

A: We encourage enrolled interns to complete the assignments in time that would help the supervisor to give you more stars. But in case you could not finish the same due to any genuine reason, your supervisor may guide you with a suitable solution.

Q: What is included in the Program Fee?

A:  The program fee covers administrative fee, Study materials, Assignment assessment fee, certificate fee, supervisor engagement fee and other administrative charges. There are no additional fees charged during the program.

Q:  I am from UAE/ Asian country, how I can pay in euro currency?                                                 

A:  We have our web embedded secured payment gateway provided by Stripe . You can pay by Debit card/ Credit card in your local currency equivalent to Euros (€).

Q: What are my program fee payment options?

Q: Can someone else pay for the course on my behalf?

A: If you wish to join as Volunteer at EIPRHR; to apply for the position of Volunteer, an applicant needs to undergo a specialised course of 2 weeks' duration i.e. Certificate Program in Volunteer and Leadership ( CPVL). After completion of the program, a participant joins as Country Director. 

Q: After completion of the Certificate Program in Volunteer and Leadership ( CPVL), will I be eligible to appoint as volunteer as advertised in career centre page?

A: If you have completed a program successfully alongwith internship, you will be appointed as Volunteer in your chosen country.

Q: Why I need to join a program in order to work as a Volunteer?

The program equips the candidate with essential knowledge and skills required to carry out the position efficiently without making any major error during the tenure. Q: Will I be surely joining as Volunteer after completing the Certificate Program in Volunteer and Leadership ( CPVL) ?

A: It is clearly mentioned in the Program page that this program is only for those candidates who are willing to work with EIPRHR as Volunteer. Please note that the program, Certificate Program in Volunteer and Leadership ( CPVL), is only offered to those who are willing to work with EIPRHR as Volunteer. This program is not useful or recommended for those who only want to enroll in this program with a motive of only knowledge enhancement but do not have any plan to work with us as Volunteer. Therefore, this program is strictly available for those who are willing to join us after its completion. You will surely join as Volunteer after the completion of the program.

Q: How would I know that I have been enrolled for Certificate Program in Volunteer and Leadership ( CPVL)?

A: The new era of work culture has knocked. COVID-19 global pandemic crisis taught the world to live in adverse situation which forced the mankind to change its conventional methods of living and working. The new model of Work from Home is one of the new model of working culture adopted by most of the institutions around the world to combat the crisis, to save human life and to save the business/ economy which is directly connected to humman life. Infact, it opened the doors of new opportunities to prospective candidates around the world. EIPRHR has adopted this new model of work i.e. Work from Home working culture and introduced home based executive/ volunteer positions.

Q: Do I need to be a national of the country for which I am applying for position of Volunteer ?

A: EIPRHR is a human rights institute and it has its own policies and protocols. According to its policy/ Protocol No.176; gender, citizenship, residence status,Religion and Race can not be a reason from depriving a candidate from enrollment in an academic program or in securing a job position in the EIPRHR and its affiliated institutions.  Though we strongly recommend you that you should apply for the position of the Volunteer for a region/city/country to which you are familiar in terms of its local language, its culture, basic government rules/regulations, etc.

Q: Who will guide and help me during the position of Volunteer?

A: During your tenure of volunteer, we will not leave you alone in your career ship;  a dedicated friendly supervisor will be assigned to you who will be available in all working days through phone, WhatsApp, skype, email to clear your queries, to guide you and provide assignments, evaluate your performance, etc.

Q: What are future prospects /long term benefits as Volunteer?

A: After successful completion of six months' tenure; volunteer can apply for other higher positions ( if available) without appearing in screening test.  
If you continue as a volunteer with a successful track record, the additional benefits will be provided-
1. Reimbursement of telecommunication (internet, phone, etc.)( as per terms and condition)

2. Medical /health Check up ( Each year -Annually. after successful completeion of the first year).

3. Health Insurance and Life Insurance coverage (Premium will be paid  each year after successful completion of first year).

4. Car with fuel expenses will be provided after successful completion of first year.

5. After 2 years' of successful service - Personal Loan facility ( upto Euro 100000)  will be available for Personal needs/ buying House/Car etc. 

6. Fully paid vacation ( International/ European destination) for 15 days each year ( will start from after successful completion of the first year)
