The European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights is duly authorised to implement adult non-formal education programmes on the basis of a permit issued by the Riga City Council (Riga Education and Information Methodological Centre), in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 395 of 19 July 2023.. The programme is licensed by the Riga City Council Permit No. RIMCK-26-89-ail
